2.2 One Person — One Account
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be terminated. Opening multiple accounts from the same household or IP address may also require verification.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing any false information regarding name, address, date of birth or identity is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials completely confidential. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals from the bonus can only be made after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies only once per person, household or IP address.
- Winnings earned using a bonus are not withdrawable before the specified wagering requirement is met.
- If the time limit set to meet the wagering requirement is exceeded, the bonus will be cancelled.

- cc44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- Claiming bonuses by exploiting system errors or technical issues is prohibited.
4.4 VIP Program
cc44's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Users can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier apply separately.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
cc44 ensures a completely fair and impartial gaming experience. All our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome entirely random.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any form of cheating, hacking or software to gain an advantage
- Playing games using bots or automated software
- Placing opposing bets on the same game to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abusing)
- Using multiple accounts to claim promotion benefits
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
5.3 Technical Errors
If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by exploiting an error will be considered void.
Account Suspension and Termination
6.1 Suspension by cc44
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing a false identity or information
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Proven bonus abusing
6.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding funds should be withdrawn before submitting an account closure request.
6.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have not been used for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be marked as "inactive". In this case, a monthly maintenance fee may apply, which will be communicated to the user in advance.
